We are a full service adjusting company dedicated to serving the insurance industry. Doug Baker and Company is staffed with years of experience. Starting in the industry in 1990 has allowed us to see many changes over the years and with these changes it has become evident that true claims professionals are a must. We are dedicated to that professionalism. It is also a known fact that customer service keeps more customers than a lower price can pull away. For this very reason it is our goal to contact every claimant within 24 hours of receiving the claim and in most cases having the estimate completed within 48 hours.
Since 1990 we have built relationships with adjusters, body shops, contractors and insurance professionals across the state of North Carolina. Because of these relationships it is possible for us to have claims inspected in some of the most remote areas in our state. We take pride in these relationships and as a result of these relationships there are no claims to large or too small for us to handle.
